Supercars gather for cancer charity

Although the low oil price is taking the sheen off Aberdeen’s gold-plated economy, the streets of the Granite City are still home to a considerable number of the world’s exotic supercars.

Last Sunday around 30 supercars came out to play on the Superclan Supercar Drive and it was all for a good cause. CLAN is a local charity that provides support for cancer patients and their families, throughout the North of Scotland.

We went along to the Hilton Treetops Hotel in Aberdeen to see some of the cars that had delighted fans on their route across the Grampians.



Here are some of the cars that took part: a McLaren 650S Spider, a brace of Ferrari 458s induding a Speciale A, a Mercedes SLS and a Lamborghini Aventador.
